Personal Statement: I was in the Army for 6 years with the Royal Hussars. It was here that I become addicted to sport and gained valuable experience in many sports including marathon running and Alpine and Nordic skiing and boxing to name a few, all to the highest level. I also began to gain experience with the Physical Training Corp before leaving the army. I then went to college and started to set out on the path of my new career as a sports massage therapist. 15 years later I’m still going and have added more to my skills base with Pilates and Personal Training. I am a UK Athletics Level 2 qualified Coach in Running Fitness. I still love running and have been running with my local club ( Sandhurst Joggers) for over 16 years now. I’ve also been one of their qualified Athletics Coaches for many years.
I love my career. The ability to help people with numerous problems and see them improve from an injury or start to lose weight and get fitter is very rewarding. I was born in High Wycombe and now live in Sandhurst with my partner.

Experience: My sports background with the Army has developed my ability to motivate others enabling me to train people to go that ‘extra mile’. Combining my knowledge of how the body works with Pilates and Personal Training gives me the skills to help a broad range of clients with many health and fitness issues.

Specialities: Pilates, fitness assessment and training programmes, exercise physiology and nutrition, outdoor running, walking, cycling and circuits. Postural assessments, sports & remedial massage, stretching techniques.

Interests: Sport, physical training, music and playing my saxophone, fishing, travelling.
