Have you been doing the same type of training, on a regular basis for a long time?
Then its time to vary your training, doing the same workouts leads to burnout and overuse injuries. Try something different to add more fun into you’re training.
No training method works well forever for anyone, so for example I change my weights programme every 8 weeks. This gives my muscles long enough time to adapt and get stronger, before they plateau.
